Set of Six Sterling Silver Teaspoons by Francis Howard Ltd from 1957

In good condition, this is a lovely set of spoons. They have a classic, delicate design on the terminals.  The Irish silversmith Francis Howard established his business in Sheffield in 1870 and immediately earned a reputation for excellent quality, then moved into larger premises at the Aberdeen Works on Trafalgar Street in the city centre. The company is still there and still owned by the Howard family to this day, having become the oldest silversmiths still in operation in Britain.

• Total Silver Weight: 77g
• Size: 11cm long. The bowls are 3.8cm by 2.4cm.
• The handle is 1.1cm wide at the widest part.
