19th Century 12 Loth Silver German Beaker/Kiddush Cup

This beautiful cup would make a lovely present. It has been polished to a mirror shine.

It is decorated with a beautiful cartouche. We can monogram it for you - £25 for a single letter or £35 for two, in block or script. 

Pre 1888 antique German silver was based on different town mark symbols and the silver fineness was indicated in “loth” (12 loth = 750/1000).

Hallmarked: 12 Loth Silber. There is no maker or date mark.

Silver Weight: 45.7g

Size: It is 7.3cm tall. The base has a 4.5cm diameter.

The top has a 6.5cm diameter.
