Imperial Russian 84 Silver Kiddush Cup

In good vintage condition, this is a beautiful cup.

It is decorated with intricate, delicate etchings of Russian villages

with an entwined geometric border.

Russian silversmiths divided their weight measure for silver into standard lots known as zolotniks. Pure silver consisted of 96 zolotniks. The 84 means the silver content is 875/1000 (84/96).

Size: 6.3cm tall, the base has a 3.3cm diameter.

The top has a 5.7cm diameter.
