In good vintage condition, this is a beautiful set. It is decorated with shells and engravings.

 

They are sold in their original satin and velvet-lined box. Which as a royal warrant and the words Mappin & Webb Manufacturing Goldsmiths and Silversmiths, Oxford Street, London W.

 

Hallmarked: Mappin & Webb Princes’ Plate Rd71552. 

 

On the knife’s handle it says RD 24034

 

Total Weight: 238.7g

 

Size: The knife is 31cm long, the handle is 2.5cm at the widest part. The blade is 18.5cm by 4.5cm.

The fork is 22.5cm long. The tines are 6.5cm by 5cm and the handle is 2.2cm wide at the widest part.
