Spanish Silver Tastewin/Wine Taster With a Silver Coin from 1774

In good condition. This rare and unusual piece was used for tasting wine. It has a coin in the centre:
Obverse
Crowned arms shield flanked by value, and legend all around.
Translation:
Felipe 5th by the grace of God King of Spain and the Indies
Reverse
Crowned hemispheres flanked by pillars with legend around and date at bottom.
Translation:
Both as one
Mexico City 1744 M
Hallmarked: The coin was made in 1774. There are no maker's marks.
Silver weight: 32.3g
Size: 6.5cm diameter. The handle is 9mm wide and 6cm long. The bowl is 3cm deep.
