Art Deco Sterling Silver Four-Piece Tea Set In good condition, this beautiful set comprises of a teapot, a water or coffee pot, a milk jug and a sugar bowl. The tea and water/coffee pots have oval bodies with hand-chased straight half fluting, wooden insulated handles, hinged domed lids with fluting, wooden finials, and they both sit on a collet foot. The milk jug and sugar bowls have oval bodies with hand-chased straight half fluting and sterling silver handles. Hallmarked: All made by Mappin & Webb in London in 1932. Total silver weight: 1357g. Teapot: 508g. Water/coffee pot: 545g. Sugar bowl: 172g. Milk jug: 132g. Sizes: Teapot: 27cm by 12.5cm and 15.5cm tall. Water/Coffee pot: 26cm by 10cm and 25cm tall.
